Mission: Do all my Christmas shopping the day before the family party. (Seriously. All of it. Hadn't bought *one thing* before today.) Status: ACCOMPLISHED! jennawaterford	7:01p	Touring Oak Park A lovely visit by a dear friend today. We had Indian buffet but saved room for the amazing Bleeding Heart Bakery's cake balls later. We toured bookstores, specialty shops, bought spices and ginger snaps, and wandered around the outside of Frank Lloyd Wright's Unitarian church building. I love touring my new home town with friends. jennawaterford	10:14p	Inching toward Christmas I finally carried my Christmas decorations up from the storage shed, but I've only managed to string up my icicle lights and put up my door decorations. And watch Elf. Oh, AND I found a new Christmas icon (from My Favorite New TV Show, Community!) and switched to a holiday design for my LJ. So, I got that going for me. Merry Happy, everyone! jennawaterford	9:18a	Favorite New TV Show I love "Community" No, I don't just *love* Community -- I EFFIN' LOVE COMMUNITY! I love it so much, that I am going to change my DVR settings to record ALL rather than just record NEW! Yeah. That's right. I'm going to intentionally watch the reruns. And you should, too. I effin' LOVE this show. I need icons. But do you know how hard it is to search for icons for the word "community?" It's WAY difficult. Edit: I found a Community community! With icons!
